30 Days to Find Your Perfect Routine

Your skin doesn't need complicated—it needs what works for you. While returns are rare, we understand that finding your perfect routine is personal. If any product isn't the right fit within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right.

Here's how it works:

• Reach out within 30 days of delivery
• We'll send you a return label. Your return must be dropped off to the carrier within 7 days. After this period, the label expires and we won't be able to accept your return.
• You'll receive a refund for the returned products, minus the return shipping label fee.

But first, let's talk:  Often, a quick conversation transforms uncertainty into complete satisfaction. Whether it's how to layer your products, when to use them, or finding the right fit for your skin's needs, our team genuinely loves helping you get the most from your routine.

Herbal Teas

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost, less return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
