Yes, you can login to your subscription account anytime to adjust your subscription frequency or you can contact us directly and we would be happy to help.
Free orders are automatically credited on every 5th order (ie. order # 5, 10, 15 etc.).
How it Works
Your complimentary order will be processed according to your regular subscription schedule. Because our program allows you to add, swap, or remove products at any time, we calculate the average amount spent across your previous four subscription orders and apply that value as a refund toward your fifth order.
If the refund amount is greater than the total value of your complimentary order, the remaining credit will be added to your account and can be used toward future purchases.
Your complimentary order refund will be processed within 1 business day, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
No, orders from a cancelled subscription don't carry over to a new subscription. Each subscription tracks progress independently.
