Yes, you can login to your subscription account anytime to adjust your subscription frequency or you can contact us directly and we would be happy to help.

After your 4th subscription order, we'll email you a unique reward code valued at the average of your last four subscription order subtotals. Apply the code to your next subscription order via your account, and that order is on us.

How the reward is calculated
The reward value is calculated from your previous four subscription orders (excluding any one-time add-ons). This means the reward reflects your typical subscription value, so it always feels meaningful regardless of what you ordered that month.

Code details
Your reward code is valid for 365 days, can be used once on a subscription order, and is unique to your account. If the value of your reward exceeds the value of the order it's applied to, the difference cannot be carried over.

Timing
You will receive your reward code by email after your 4th subscription order processes.

Your progress is tied to you as a subscriber. As long as you have at least one active subscription, your qualifying order count continues exactly where it left off.

Your count only resets if all of your subscriptions are cancelled. So if you cancel one product but keep another active, your progress is safe.

Want to keep your progress? Instead of cancelling, you can:

• Pause a subscription temporarily
• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Swap a product for something new
• Adjust your delivery frequency
