Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes) in Canada and the Continental US.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country.
This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Hello Joyous at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping.
The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer refunds based on our Return Policy outlined below.

A refund request can be submitted within a 15 days after the delivery date of your order.

Although returns are a very rare occurrence, we know that everyone's personal care preferences are unique and so we are happy to provide a refund for any gently used products that are brought to our attention within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and we will gladly refund the costs of the products.
We are also happy to offer a personalized phone call to support our customers that simply would like to know how to best use and apply the products they have received. This often results in 100% satisfaction.

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost, less return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Yes, when you return your order you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we will gladly refund the cost of the products.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and charged your account.

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday, within 1-3 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description.
If your order was placed during a promotional sale, please expect up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship

Orders will be shipped only when all items are available and in stock, including pre-ordered items.

On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

During our support hours (Monday to Friday 9:30am - 4pm ET) you can cancel or modify your order up to two hours from the time your order is submitted.
After that we cannot guarantee changes can be made before your order is processed.
Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are items that have not yet arrived in our warehouse, but can be purchased and reserved in advance of their arrival.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment we’ll notify you with your tracking number and expected date of delivery.
Delivery times are dependent on our shipping partner in your country of origin.

An item on pre-order has an estimated ship date. This date has the potential to change if the shipment encounters delays on the way to our warehouse.
In the event that your shipment is delayed for any reason, we will let you know by email.
