Open Positions

As our Fulfillment + Logistics Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are packed and dispatched promptly and accurately to our customers. This role however is about more than packing orders—it’s about creating a memorable customer experience with every delivery—bringing the Hello Joyous brand fully to life.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to think on your feet.
- You have excellent organizational abilities and your attention to detail is extraordinary.
- You enjoy working with your hands and are capable of light-physical work (ie. lifting boxes, crouching down, etc.).
- You’re a self-starter, have a positive “get it done” attitude, are motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience working in the e-commerce / fulfilment space is an asset. A passion for clean beauty and wellbeing is a plus.
- Above all, you are proactive, positive, and inspired by Hello Joyous and our mission!
- Prepare and pack customer orders per brand standards with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on products prior to shipment.
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain an accurate inventory on e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure any customer-related inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and handle any related logistics.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for managing online orders and shipment tracking.
- Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
- Calm and patient under pressure and tight timelines.
- Innovative thinking and agile problem solving skills.
