Both! Work into dry hair with your fingers or use our massage tool to invigorate the scalp as a pre-shampoo treatment or on damp hair (only the ends and mid-lengths of your hair if you're leaving it in) after shampooing to lock in moisture and protect against frizz.
Yes! For an intensive overnight treatment, apply to the scalp and hair, braid or wrap it up, and wash out in the morning for soft, hydrated strands. You may need to wash your pillowcase the next morning to remove any oils that come from your hair.
