As our Fulfillment + Logistics Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are packed and dispatched promptly and accurately to our customers.  This role however is about more than packing orders—it’s about creating a memorable customer experience with every delivery—bringing the Hello Joyous brand fully to life.

• You enjoy working with your hands and are capable of light-physical work (ie. lifting boxes, crouching down, etc.).

• Experience working in the e-commerce / fulfilment space is an asset. A passion for clean beauty and wellbeing is a plus.

• Prepare and pack customer orders per brand standards with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on products prior to shipment.
• Manage and organize inventory to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain an accurate inventory on e-commerce platform. 
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure any customer-related inquiries are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and handle any related logistics.

• Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality standards. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for managing online orders and shipment tracking.
• Physical ability to lift and move products as needed (up to 45lbs).
• Calm and patient under pressure and tight timelines.
