Hello Joyous Third Birthday Giveaway
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19+ in British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia). Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hello Joyous and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted from April 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET through April 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
🩷 Primary entry: Submit your email address via the giveaway landing page.
🩷 Bonus entry: Submit your mobile phone number for one additional entry. Limit one bonus entry per person.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the Hello Joyous Skinimalist Set (Fresh Face Daily Cleanser, Magical Mist Hydrosol Toner, and Hella Hydrating Serum) delivered quarterly over a 12-month period — three (3) sets every three (3) months, for a total of twelve (12) sets. Approximate retail value: $1,400 CAD.
The prize will be fulfilled as described. No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or credit will be offered under any circumstances.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around April 12, 2025. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Hello Joyous reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Delivery
Prize shipments will be sent to a valid Canadian or US address provided by the winner. Hello Joyous is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments. Winner is responsible for ensuring a valid shipping address is on file prior to each quarterly delivery. Any applicable customs, duties, or taxes for US shipments are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Quebec Residents
This giveaway is subject to the Act Respecting Lotteries, Publicity Contests and Amusement Machines. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the contest and, where consent has been given, for email and/or SMS marketing communications.
